STEVE ANDRE

PRINCIPAL

With over 30 years experience in residential and commercial renovation, Steve Andre delivers quality craftsmanship.  His knowledge base, spanning from carpentry to construction management and beyond, has matured to a level of sophistication.

Steve's resume includes a wide range of challenging projects, from Victorian restoration in downtown Oakland to high rise remodels in San Francisco's Union Square area to custom homes in Marin.  Steve also has the expertise of running his own successful remodeling company, Steve Andre Construction, which brought his signature craftsmanship to homes in Marin and Sonoma Counties throughout the 1990s.

At Alliance Custom Builders, Steve brings his background in efficient, on-site project management, his high-quality craftsmanship, his intelligent attention to detail, and his excellent customer relations to our team.

CHRIS CHAPEK

PRINCIPAL

Chris Chapek has a BS Degree in construction management and has specialized in high-end kitchen and bath remodeling and design for over 30 years. His proven success and tenure with top Bay Area firms has developed his architectural design skills and his sophisticated technical expertise.

Chris has implemented computerized cost estimating systems and developed comprehensive construction and marketing specifications for many residential developments. Chris also has experience with log home construction, light commercial building and land development.

With his keen sense of design and innovative technical skills, Chris enables the Alliance Custom Builders team to be professional, competent and superior.
